“Ok”

“I was surprised that with a three day stay, my room was not cleaned or replenished once. I didn’t leave a do not disturb sign on the door and there wasn’t an option to opt out of service. I had an ask for shower toiletries each day at the front desk which I’ve never had to do at any hotel. Given how many other hotels there are in the area, I won’t be staying here again.”

“We had a good restful night there. The hotel is getting renovated right now so some issues did occur but overall our stay was nice. We did have to work through an overcharge of our room and the front desk clerk did help.”

“Good”

“The room stinked , the floor was rippled and moved when walked on. The hallway had collapsed floor. The handicap shower was a bit slippery. The desk manager couldn't even understand a simple question. I asked if someone turned in a bag with a computer in. He said I don't understand. I said it more than once got the same dumb look and I don't understand. I got kinda mad, and said well I'm speaking English!! Still got the dumb look. The room was right next to the elevator. I've stayed there……

“The—staff were accommodating and helpful overall. The staff in the restaurant and bar were knowledgeable and pleasant.”

“Toilet plumbing are broke ”

“This was one of the best hotels stays we’ve ever had. The property is clean and updated. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room/suite we stayed in was extremely large and the bed was so comfy. Such a great value for the price! Not sure where are future travels will take us, but we hope to return to enjoy this hotel again!”

“The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.”
